How do I obtain a copy of a P45/P60?

If your Pay Check contact has been advised that an employee has left your employment on previous payroll instructions, the employee should have received a P45 via the Portal.

If this document is not available on the portal, please contact us via the Support Team.

Accessing historical documents (processed by Pay Check) would depend on your previous payslips with us, prior to moving onto the Brain Pay Portal. For Web payslips or Portal payslips, these would have been uploaded to the employees' records, where HR Admins for the payroll will also be able to access the document. For Email or Print payslips, the document should have been included with the payroll reports for the relevant month, and distributed to the relevant employees.

P60s for Web payslips or Portal payslips would have been uploaded to the employees record, where the HR Admins for the payroll will also be able to access the document. For Email or Print payslips, the P60s should have been posted or sent digitally to be distributed to the employees.
