How do I add a new employee to the payroll?

Please provide new starter details with your usual monthly payroll submission.

You will need to include the details in our new starter template to ensure we capture all mandatory fields of data.

Also if possible, please provide a P45 from the employee's previous employment or if they do not have one, please request they complete a starter checklist.

For any new starter who has a student loan indicated on their P45, please request that they complete the student loan section on the starter checklist, so that we can ensure that any student loans are deducted correctly.
